Senator Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                  
shown as a cosponsor on SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 42                         
Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska                
relating to subsistence uses of fish and wildlife by residents, and            
establishing an effective date for the amendment.  Without objection,          
it was so ordered.
